PROCEDURE FOR THE SINGLE CYCLE DEGREE COURSE IN MEDICINE AND SURGERY F

Memorandum for graduating students of the academic year 2016-2017 

For the academic year 2016-2017 the final exam periods for Medicine and Surgery in English language will be held in June, July, September, October, November 2017, January 2018.

The graduation application needs to be presented at the Administrative Secretary of Medicine in accordance with the following schedule:

for the exam period of June from 03/05/2017 to 15/05/2017, with the possibility to sit the last 3 exams and submit the final digital version of the thesis until 29/05/2017;

for the exam period of July from 05/06/2017 to 16/06/2017, with the possibility to sit the last 3 exams and submit the final digital version of the thesis until 27/06/2017;

for the exam period of September from 14/07/2017 to 27/07/2017, with the possibility to sit the last 3 exams and submit the final digital version of the thesis until 03/08/2017.

for the exam period of October from 11/09/2017 to 18/09/2017, with the possibility to sit the last 3 exams and submit the final digital version of the thesis until 30/09/2017;

for the exam period of November from 09/10/2017 to 18/10/2017, with the possibility to sit the last 3 exams and submit the final digital version of the thesis until 31/10/2017;

for the exam period of January 2018 from 08/12/2017 to 19/12/2017, with the possibility to sit the last 3 exams and submit the final digital version of the thesis until 09/01/2018.

All the forms required for the graduation application are available on the University website: http://www.uniroma1.it/modulisticastudenti

The forms need to be filled in online. 

 

DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED AT THE DEAN’S OFFICES

  1. Declaration of submission of the graduation application and the final thesis at the Administrative Secretary of Medicine.
  2. Graduation application 
  3. Infostud certificate on passed exams with respective mark, simple form (without marca da bollo)  
  4. Certificate of involvement in international exchange programmes with detailed information on its duration

Please note: The deadline for the submission of the documents to the responsible staff at the Dean’s Offices correlated with the final date for the presentation of the application at the Administrative Secretary, aside from postponements officially communicated by the Dean’s Offices.

The printed version of the final thesis, signed and stamped by the tutor, together with the power-point presentation for the thesis defence, will need to be presented the day of the defence before the beginning of the session.

 

 

GRADUATION PROCEDURES IN THE HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONS

 

Promemoria for graduates in Degree Courses for the Healthcare Professions

·     Two sessions are foreseen for each academic year: “Session 1” (October- November) “Session II” (March – April).

·     For “Session 1”, the graduation application must be presented to the Administrative Secretariat from 1 August to 15 September. Requests will not be accepted after this date.
When presenting the graduation application, students may still lack some exams, but these must be sat and certified by, and no later than, 30 September, verifying that on 31 January of each year the requirements to enrol for the following year as required by the Faculty Study Regulations for Healthcare Profession, General Study Manifesto, have been complied with. The Student Administrative Secretariat reserves the right to refuse the graduation request if the above requirements are not met.

·     For “Session II”, the graduation application must be presented to the Administrative Secretariat from 2  January to 15 February. Applications will not be accepted after this date.
